Privacy at Advisedly
Advisedly is currently in pre-launch development. The public site is live for testing, but adviser introductions are not yet enabled and the current introduction demo does not send or store your contact details.
Information used by the website
Like most websites delivered through Cloudflare, technical request information may be processed to deliver and protect the service. Advisedly also uses Cloudflare’s approximate request-location data to decide which regional hubs may be most relevant to a visitor. This is approximate network-derived location, not browser GPS.
Introduction forms
The introduction page is currently a demo. Submitting it does not send or store the name, email, phone number or message entered into the form.
Before live introductions are enabled, Advisedly will publish a fuller privacy notice explaining what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is retained, who receives it and the lawful basis relied on.
Adviser and firm information
Advisedly is being designed to display professional, regulatory and publicly available information about advisers and firms, while clearly separating official regulatory data, adviser-supplied information and other public sources.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current site does not intentionally use advertising or marketing cookies. Cloudflare and the application platform may use strictly technical mechanisms needed to operate, secure or deliver the service. This section will be reviewed before wider launch.
Contact and corrections
A dedicated privacy contact and data-controller details will be added before live consumer lead collection begins. Adviser or firm information that is inaccurate should be correctable through a documented process before public profiles move beyond demo data.
